What is your selection criteria?
We are a luxury-focused consultancy and typically represent residential properties valued at ₹5 Cr and above. Once we receive your details, we assess whether the property aligns with our buyer demand. If accepted, a senior partner personally inspects and documents the property.

How will my property be marketed?
Your property is discreetly circulated to our internal database of qualified buyers, promoted digitally, and where appropriate, showcased through professional photography and video walkthroughs. Select homes may be featured on our YouTube channel to accelerate buyer interest.

Do you charge for property videos or marketing?
No. All marketing costs including photography, digital promotion, and video production are borne entirely by us. Our remuneration is through our brokerage commission, payable only upon successful sale.

How long does it usually take to sell a property?
While timelines vary, exceptional properties in strong locations may sell within 1–3 months. In most cases, sellers should expect a maximum time frame of up to 6 months, depending on pricing and market conditions.

Can I list my property if I am not in Mumbai or India?
Absolutely. Many of our clients are NRIs or outstation owners. You may entrust us with access, and we will manage viewings, marketing, and negotiations while keeping you informed at every stage.

What brokerage commission do you charge?
Our brokerage commission for resale residential purchase transactions is 1%, payable only upon successful completion of the sale.
