We are currently hiring interns to join our residential sales team in Mumbai. Gupta & Sen is Mumbai’s top luxury real estate agency and this internship would be a great opportunity for young people to understand every aspect of what a professional realtor does. We are looking for smart, well spoken, digital natives who are self-motivated and have good interpersonal communication skills. We offer extensive training and development to the right candidates which will help them acquire skills required to be a high earning real estate consultants in India’s most lucrative real estate market – Mumbai!

Job Duties

• Participate in online research of market and analyse luxury property market in Mumbai. Assist in calculations, quantitative analysis and research necessary for records and statistics.
• Perform “in-house” appraisal functions such as obtaining sales data, cost and income figures, and assembling reports for various properties.
• Prepare portfolios (property briefs) of prospective properties to be provided to our clients.
• Develop and maintain lists of FSBO (for sale by owner) properties.
• Prepare marketing copy and news releases. Also develop layouts, floorplans, sketches, and property photography for marketing on our website and other digital portals.
• Engage with property owners and convince them to advertise their properties on our YouTube Channel.
• Assist senior agents in our team during property inspections and closing of deals.
